The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to all the major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and was a delicious way to start the day.
There were a few minor issues with the room, such as a broken toilet light and a missing lid on the kettle. The shower room light was a bit distracting, as it would come on if one moved in bed.

Transportation was convenient, with the metro station and train station a short distance away. The famous Retiro Park and several bus stops were also in close proximity, making it easy to explore the city's beauty. the breakfast was wonderful and the hotel staff was cute and helpful.

Located in an area near the main attractions, the hotel was very convenient for exploring the popular spots. The nearby metro station and the main train station made it easy to access other areas in the city. the hotel boasts a view of Retiro Park, which adds to the experience.
The room was not as advertised - the bathroom was smaller than anticipated, the furniture was worn, and the air conditioning didn't work. the hotel's facilities were lacking.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's right across from a beautiful park and all the interesting neighborhoods are in walking distance. The service is top-notch and the staff are so nice and helpful. The room has everything I need, including in-room air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant is great, and the buffet breakfast is amazing.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
